Shipping policy
Danielle Demers Studio ships world-wide.
Within the U.S.: Customers can choose between "Economy" (5–8 business day shipping time) or "Standard" (3–4 business day shipping time) shipping during checkout. Items shipped "Economy" will be sent via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Parcel Select or UPS SurePost® depending on the total order weight. Items shipped "Standard" will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, UPS® Ground or UPS 3 Day Select® depending on the total order weight.
Shipping insurance for the full value of the product is included in the shipping fee for all original artwork and wallpaper roll purchases.
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and are automatically emailed to customers upon shipment.
Wallpaper rolls will ship directly from the printer in Los Angeles. Shipping includes insurance. Please note that the package will be oversized to accommodate the 54" untrimmed roll width.
Rest of the World: Items being sent to all other destinations are shipped via Economy International (6–18 business days), typically via USPS First Class Mail International. Please email danielle@danielledemers.com if you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order for wallpaper. A custom shipping quote will be provided.

Handling: While all orders are inspected before shipping and packed with extreme care, even the most securely packaged items may become damaged during transit. Danielle Demers Studio cannot control the handling of packages once they leave the studio. Shipping insurance for the full value of the product is included in the shipping fee for all original artwork and wallpaper roll purchases.
Danielle Demers Studio cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. International orders may take several weeks from time of shipment to reach their destination.
Processing Times
Prints: All prints are made to order. Please allow one week for processing on all orders that include prints.
Wallpaper Rolls: All wallpaper is printed and made to order in Los Angeles. All rolls of wallpaper ship directly from the printer and have a lead time of approximately 3 weeks plus transit time.
Wallpaper Samples: In stock wallpaper sample swatches are processed and shipped directly from Danielle Demers Studio within one week of purchase.
Unframed Original Artwork: Processed and shipped within one week of purchase.
Framed Original Artwork: Original artwork purchased with framing is sent directly to the framer (Framebridge) upon ordering and is subject to Framebridge's current processing times (typically 2-3 weeks). Once framing is complete, framed original artwork will be sent directly to the buyer from Framebridge. Danielle Demers Studio will provide all customers who purchase framed originals with regular framing progress updates and tracking information upon shipment from Framebridge.
