This miniature hand-colored lithograph, printed in England in 1860, features a vibrantly and carefully hand-colored hunt scene with a bay horse in a full gallop. 

Of hundreds of prints I browsed in a small high street print shop in the Peak District, this miniature framed lithograph caught my eye for the attention to detail in the hand-colored elements, the striking colors, and how tiny it is! It is a charming piece.

• Overall, including frame: 5.75" wide x 4.5" tall

Condition: 

Lithograph in very good condition overall with slight darkening due to age. Black and gold frame in good antique condition with some chips and scratches present.

Note that the edge of the paper is visible at the top of the frame where it come short of the frame (see photos).

This is an antique item and therefore is naturally in "used" condition.
